Registrations

Please read this carefully as the Registration requirements have changed.New players (including those previously registered but not playing with this club in 2011.

 

You will need to come in person on:

Registrations are still open for most age groups. Please come to the club house at Bennett Park, Karne Street Roselands on:

 

Sunday 05 Feb 2012:- 10am - 1pm
Wednesday 08 Feb 2012:- 6pm - 8pm
Sunday 12 Feb 2012:- 10am - 1pm
Wednesday 15 Feb 2012:- 6pm - 8pm

Then Every Wednesday 6pm - 8pm till further notice.

 

All new players will require to attend in person for a photo as well as supply proof of age, birth certificate, drivers licence etc. If you can’t attend these sessions, please contact the registrar or email roselands@footballcanterbury.com.au Look forward to seeing you soon!

 

As we need:

to take a digital photo of you,

to sight proof of age ID (birth certificate, passport or driver's licence) - please also bring a copy of this ID for the Club to keep on file,

a completed and signed Player Registration form for CDSFA,

a Player Details form,

Membership form(s) for Roselands Soccer Club (parents of players or over 18s),

a completed Internet Photo Release form (compulsory),

payment (details of fees for 2012 are below).

Returning players(who were registered with this Club in 2011).

You will also need new photos this season, and we should have a copy on file of your proof of age ID. We therefore only need from you:

a digital photo of you,

a completed and signed Player Registration form for CDSFA,

a Player Details form, showing any changes,

a Membership form for RRSFC (if you have not previously joined, or are unsure),

a completed Internet Photo Release form (compulsory),

payment (details of fees for 2012 are below).

All Returning players should register on:

If your registration has not been completed by the end of February we cannot guarantee you a place in a team. When we have seen who has returned we will know in which age groups we will have room for new players. These details will be posted to the website as soon as we know where there are spaces.

REGISTRATION FEES FOR

The fees have been restructured this season to fully reflect the various costs applicable to each age group. They are as follows:

 

All new registrations require proof of age.
Please note that all payments MUSTbe received at time of registration. A surcharge of $20 will be applied to all payments/registrations received after 28 Feb. 2012.
A family discount will apply for three or more registrations in the same family.

Currently payments can only be made by cash or cheque.
